DRESS CODE
We want you to be comfortable, so attire is business casual. Plan to dress in layers for optimal comfort. Both evening networking events will take place inside for the most part. On Wednesday evening we will be walking a short distance outside to reach the viewing location for the fireworks and dessert reception, so plan accordingly depending on the forecast.
Everyone will receive a special tee shirt that we invite you to wear to the Thursday night reception, CLM Live: The Networking Tour Stop. It's part of the fun, but certainly not required!
PARKING
Overnight self-parking is complimentary to guests staying at Disney Resort hotels at Walt Disney World Resort.
Valet Parking is $42 per night (plus tax).
Standard self-parking is complimentary for day guests while they enjoy select dining, shopping, entertainment and recreation experiences at this Disney Resort hotel.

YOUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE APP
For easy access to the conference schedule, your itinerary, session handouts, attendee list, messaging function, and session surveys, download the CLM Annual Conference App. Please note that hard copies of handouts will not be provided. To access the app:
• Scan the QR code below to find it in your preferred app store.
• Search for “Cvent Events” in your app store. That is also how it will be labeled on your mobile device.
• Use the email address and password associated with your CLM profile to sign into the app.
• This app was created specifically for the 2026 CLM Annual Conference. If you already have it downloaded from a
previous event, you must update to this new version from your app store.
• The Cvent Events icon looks like it fits with CLM! Hopefully that helps you spot it on your device.
ITINERARY
You can view a detailed personal schedule by logging into the Annual Conference app (see above) or accessing the event app on your laptop here (you’ll need to log in using your CLM profile email address and password). You may revise your selected sessions as room allows. No printed itinerary will be provided at the event.
CE CREDIT
The conference is registered as a single event for CE credit purposes, meaning that attendees must complete all required sessions to receive credit – partial credit is not available. To earn the full six CE hours, you must attend one qualifying credit-bearing session during each of the six breakout times. Attending fewer than six qualifying sessions will result in zero CE credit.
You can earn one additional credit by attending the Friday morning Premier Session. Please note that the Premier Sessions do not count toward the six required sessions to earn the standard six credits.
Please note that the opening general session, the Thursday morning premier session, and the Insight sessions are NOT credit-bearing.
CE hours will be reported to the states where you are licensed, as listed in your CLM profile. Please check your CLM profile and add any missing licenses for which you would like to earn credit.
IMPORTANT: You must scan in and out of every qualifying session to receive CE credit for the conference, this includes the Friday morning Premier Session for the additional credit.
CLE CREDIT
CLE credit is issued based upon attendance at individual qualifying credit-bearing courses – you can receive from 1 to 7 CLE hours (when attending all sessions and the Friday morning Premier Panel Session).
Please note that the opening general session, the Thursday morning premier session, and the Insight sessions are NOT credit-bearing.

AROUND THE WORLD WITH CLM: A CELEBRATION OF COMMUNITY AND CULTURE
Join the CLM Community for an immersive cultural evening at Disney’s EPCOT private event space, World Showplace, complete with global flavors, signature drinks, and a stunning fireworks display over the lagoon complete with dessert. The night will showcase our Professional of the Year Award finalists and winners – members recognized for their expertise and contributions to strengthening our Community – and will include a special tribute to our 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award honoree. Designed as both a celebration and a vibrant networking opportunity, this magical event is the perfect way to innovate, collaborate, and dream big as we kick off the CLM Annual Conference in a memorable way.
IMPORTANT NOTE -- TRANSPORTATION TO EPCOT
It is not possible to use a personal vehicle or ride share to reach this private event space. You MUST travel back and forth from the conference hotel to the venue on one of the provided buses.
The first buses will depart the Veracruz Porte Cochère at 5:15 PM and continue running throughout the night, providing round trip service. Please limit the bags that you bring, security will be required at the venue. You will be required to wear your Annual Conference name badge and it will be scanned as you access the bus. There will be signs directing you to the access point throughout the event space.
The event begins at the World Showplace at 6:00 PM and you truly don't want to miss any of the magic -- or food, drinks, entertainment!
DISNEY PROPERTY RULES TO CONSIDER
Give this a quick look before planning your attire and items you carry with you for the Celebration at EPCOT World Showplace. We'll have several Disney characters present throughout the night, so don't confuse anyone by dressing like your favorite!
INSIGHT SESSIONS
We are offering special 20-minute presentations throughout the conference. These short tech-focused sessions are scheduled during breaks to allow you to fit even more big ideas in during the conference. You are welcome to simply drop in, but it makes a lot of sense to register for the ones you are most interested in, so they appear on your personal agenda.
